Join the biggest outrigger race on the east coast

Welcoming more than three dozen teams from across North America, the 19th Annual Nish Outrigger Challenge is a vibrant celebration rooted in Hawaiian culture. Organized by the Kana Lui Outrigger Club and held at Historic Virginia Key Beach Park, the event brings together paddlers, supporters, and the local community for a weekend of endurance, camaraderie, and aloha spirit.

Supported by generous local sponsors, the race also gives back—donating a meaningful portion of its proceeds each year to charitable causes, often connected to the paddling community.
